Web NG Global is an international company based in Moldova that partners with U.S. Consumer law firms, providing outsourced services for the American legal industry. We support the entire client journey - from attracting potential clients, doing the intake clerical work and assisting the attorneys with administrative tasks throughout the client journey.

Your Role

As our Social Media Manager, you will own how the company shows up as an employer — online and internally. You'll build our presence across social media, support recruitment marketing efforts, and manage our reputation as an employer, making sure our Employee Value Proposition (EVP) comes through consistently in everything we communicate, both to the outside world and to our own team.

What you’ll do

• Develop and execute social media strategies and content calendars for our employer brand (LinkedIn, Instagram, TikTok, Facebook).
• Create posts, Reels, Stories, and campaigns that reflect our culture and values.
• Partner closely with HR to turn company culture and everyday employee experience into content: employee spotlights, day-in-the-life features, team events, internal newsletter and career growth stories.
• Support recruitment marketing initiatives, helping attract candidates who are the right fit for our culture.
• Monitor and maintain the company's reputation on employer review platforms (e.g., WhereWeWork, Glassdoor), responding to reviews where appropriate.
• Monitor performance, track key KPIs, analyze trends and competitors, and prepare reports with recommendations for improvement.

What makes you a good fit

• Proven experience in Social Media Marketing
• Experience in Employer Branding/PR is a plus
• Strong organizational and communication skills
• Understanding of content marketing and proven experience with major social media platforms
• Storytelling skills and Creative thinking - able to turn company culture and employee experiences into authentic, engaging content
• Ability to analyze performance data and improve results.
• Advanced English level
