Managed a ~120-task backlog and delivered 50+ features/year end-to-end — requirements, prioritization, specs, acceptance criteria, and release planning.
Owned POS, WMS, and OMS modules; led the full POS redesign (UI, logic, universal terminal) and shipped Storefront, Finance, and courier interfaces — simplifying workflows and driving adoption.
Managed payment and accounting (CommerceML) integrations and authored OpenAPI docs for the public API — automating client workflows and accelerating partner onboarding.
Reduced post-release bug complaints through stricter acceptance criteria and edge-case testing; used SQL, Postman, and log analysis to diagnose issues beyond the UI.
