Managed payment and accounting (CommerceML) integrations and authored OpenAPI docs for the public API — automating client workflows and accelerating partner onboarding.
Reduced post-release bug complaints through stricter acceptance criteria and edge-case testing; used SQL, Postman, and log analysis to diagnose issues beyond the UI.
Made product decisions independently or with the Commercial Director; worked closely with 8 developers, 1 QA, and 1 designer.
