Join Nova Lines as a Customer Service Assistant and become part of our Customer Service & Planning team!

Key responsibilities:

• Track and monitor customer loads;
• Provide customers with accurate updates and estimated arrival times;
• Help solve delays and other service issues;
• Communicate with dispatchers and customers to keep loads moving smoothly;
• Schedule and confirm appointments;
• Update load information and prepare basic reports;
• Support the Customer Service team with daily tasks;

Requirements:

• Advanced English level (minimum B2), both verbal and written;
• Previous experience in logistics is a plus;
• High level of responsibility and accountability;
• Strong eagerness to learn and grow within the role;
• Ability to multitask in a dynamic environment;
• Resilience and capability to manage stress effectively under pressure.
