BSW TECH is looking for a skilled and motivated Middle React Native Developer to join our growing engineering team in Chișinău.

You will develop and maintain high-quality cross-platform mobile applications for iOS and Android, working closely with developers, designers, QA engineers, and international product stakeholders.

Your responsibilities

• Develop and maintain cross-platform mobile applications using React Native;
• Build reusable, reliable, and maintainable application components;
• Implement responsive user interfaces based on Figma designs and technical requirements;
• Integrate mobile applications with REST APIs and third-party services;
• Work with native Android and iOS functionality when required;
• Implement authentication, push notifications, analytics, deep linking, and offline functionality;
• Identify and resolve performance, compatibility, and stability issues;
• Write clean, well-structured, and testable code;
• Participate in code reviews and technical discussions;
• Estimate development tasks and contribute to sprint planning;
• Collaborate with international and cross-functional teams;
• Support application releases to the Apple App Store and Google Play Store.

Required qualifications

• At least 3 years of professional software development experience;
• At least 2 years of practical experience with React Native;
• Proven experience delivering cross-platform applications for both iOS and Android;
• Strong knowledge of JavaScript and TypeScript;
• Good understanding of React, React Hooks, and component lifecycle;
• Experience with state-management solutions such as Redux Toolkit, Zustand, or Context API;
• Experience integrating REST APIs and handling asynchronous operations;
• Familiarity with mobile navigation libraries such as React Navigation;
• Understanding of mobile application architecture and design patterns;
• Experience with Git and modern software development workflows;
• Knowledge of debugging, profiling, and performance optimization;
• Good problem-solving and communication skills;
• English proficiency at B2 level or higher.

Nice to have

• Experience with React Native CLI and Expo;
• Basic knowledge of native Android development using Kotlin or Java;
• Basic knowledge of native iOS development using Swift or Objective-C;
• Experience with Firebase services, including Analytics, Crashlytics, and Cloud Messaging;
• Experience with automated testing using Jest, React Native Testing Library, or Detox;
• Knowledge of CI/CD pipelines for mobile applications;
• Experience implementing maps, payments, Bluetooth, camera, or other device integrations;
• Familiarity with App Store and Google Play publishing requirements;
• Experience working directly with international clients.
