Your Responsibilities
- Design and develop backend services using Rust
- Build high-performance, memory-safe applications
- Develop REST/gRPC APIs and system integrations
- Work with async runtimes (Tokio / async-std)
- Contribute to architecture and system design decisions
- Optimize performance-critical components
- Write clean, maintainable, and testable code
- Participate in code reviews and technical discussions
- Collaborate with embedded, frontend, and DevOps teams
Must Have
- 2–4 years of software development experience
- Strong knowledge of Rust
- Understanding of ownership, borrowing, lifetimes
- Experience with async programming (Tokio preferred)
Experience with:
- Actix, Axum or Rocket
- REST APIs
Good understanding of:
- Concurrency
- Multithreading
- Memory management
- Experience with Git and CI/CD workflows
Nice to Have
Experience with:
- PostgreSQL / Redis
- Docker / Kubernetes
- gRPC
- WebAssembly
- Knowledge of embedded systems or low-level programming (C/C++)
- Experience with message brokers (Kafka, MQTT)
- Experience in IoT or Automotive domain
