Middle Full-Stack .NET Developer

BSW TECH is looking for a skilled and motivated Middle Full-Stack .NET Developer to join our growing engineering team in Chișinău.

You will develop and maintain modern web applications using ASP.NET Core for backend services and Blazor for interactive front-end development. You will work closely with developers, architects, QA engineers, designers, and international product stakeholders.

Your responsibilities

• Design, develop, and maintain web applications using .NET and Blazor;
• Build scalable backend services and REST APIs with ASP.NET Core;
• Develop responsive and reusable user-interface components using Blazor;
• Implement business logic, data access, authentication, and authorization;
• Integrate applications with databases and third-party services;
• Write clean, maintainable, and well-tested code;
• Troubleshoot functional, performance, and security-related issues;
• Participate in code reviews and technical discussions;
• Contribute to application architecture and technical decisions;
• Estimate development tasks and participate in sprint planning;
• Collaborate with cross-functional and international teams;
• Support application deployment, maintenance, and continuous improvement.

Required qualifications

• At least 3 years of professional .NET development experience;
• Strong knowledge of C# and modern .NET technologies;
• Practical experience with ASP.NET Core and Web API development;
• Experience developing front-end applications with Blazor;
• Good knowledge of Blazor Server and/or Blazor WebAssembly;
• Experience with Entity Framework Core;
• Good understanding of relational databases such as MS SQL Server or PostgreSQL;
• Experience with LINQ, dependency injection, and asynchronous programming;
• Good understanding of object-oriented programming, SOLID principles, and design patterns;
• Experience implementing authentication and role-based authorization;
• Familiarity with HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and responsive web development;
• Experience with Git and modern software development workflows;
• Knowledge of unit and integration testing;
• Good problem-solving and communication skills;
• English proficiency at B2 level or higher.

Nice to have

• Experience with Clean Architecture, Domain-Driven Design, or CQRS;
• Knowledge of microservice and distributed-system architectures;
• Experience with SignalR and real-time applications;
• Familiarity with component libraries such as MudBlazor, Radzen, or Telerik UI for Blazor;
• Experience with Docker and containerized applications;
• Knowledge of Microsoft Azure or other cloud platforms;
• Experience with CI/CD pipelines;
• Familiarity with message brokers such as RabbitMQ or Azure Service Bus;
• Experience with application monitoring, logging, and performance optimization;
• Previous experience working directly with international clients.
