We are looking for a Middle/Senior C++ Developer with strong experience in Qt framework and UML-based design to join our engineering team. The role involves designing, developing, and maintaining high-quality C++ applications with a strong focus on architecture, performance, and maintainability.

The ideal candidate is comfortable working in structured development environments, collaborating closely with architects, system engineers, and business analysts, and contributing across the full software lifecycle—from design to deployment.

Software Development

• Design, develop, and maintain C++ applications using modern C++ standards (C++11/14/17)
• Develop GUI and backend components using the Qt framework (Qt Widgets / Qt Quick as applicable)
• Implement modular, scalable, and testable software solutions
• Optimize performance, memory usage, and application stability

Architecture & Design

• Design software components using UML diagrams (class, sequence, state, component diagrams)
• Translate UML designs into clean, maintainable C++ code
• Participate in architectural discussions and technical decision-making
• Ensure compliance with defined software architecture and coding standards

Quality & Maintenance

• Write unit tests and support integration testing
• Debug complex issues across different system layers
• Maintain and refactor legacy codebases when required
• Support CI/CD pipelines and automated builds

Technical Skills

• Strong proficiency in C++ (minimum 3–5 years for Middle, 6+ years for Senior)
• Solid experience with Qt framework (Qt 5 / Qt 6)
• Strong understanding of OOP, SOLID principles, and design patterns
• Proven experience using UML for software design
• Experience with multithreading, concurrency, and synchronization
• Knowledge of STL, smart pointers, memory management
• Experience with Linux and/or Windows development
• Familiarity with Git and modern version control workflows

Tools & Technologies

• Qt Creator, CMake, Make, or similar build systems
• UML tools (Enterprise Architect, StarUML, Visual Paradigm, or similar)
• Debugging tools (GDB, Valgrind, Qt Debugger)
• CI/CD systems (GitLab CI, Jenkins, GitHub Actions – advantage)
