We are hiring an experienced Sales Development Representative (SDR) to generate qualified B2B opportunities for IT solutions in the e-commerce space.
This role is ideal for a proactive outbound sales professional who understands online sellers, e-commerce brands, marketplaces, SaaS, analytics, performance marketing, or digital agency services. Your main goal will be to identify the right prospects, start conversations, qualify leads, and book meetings for the sales team.
You will work remotely with a fast-moving team and focus on practical outreach that creates measurable pipeline.
Responsibilities
- Build targeted lead lists of e-commerce companies, online sellers, marketplace sellers, and relevant decision-makers
- Run outbound prospecting campaigns through email, LinkedIn, calls, and other channels
- Write and personalize outreach messages that clearly communicate value
- Qualify prospects based on fit, pain points, budget, urgency, and decision-making process
- Book qualified meetings or demos for the sales team
- Maintain accurate CRM records, pipeline notes, and follow-up tasks
- Test outreach angles, improve messaging, and report weekly results
- Collaborate with marketing and sales to improve conversion rates
Requirements
- Proven experience as an SDR, BDR, lead generation specialist, or outbound sales representative
- Experience selling or prospecting for SaaS, IT solutions, digital services, marketing services, analytics, or e-commerce solutions
- Strong understanding of e-commerce businesses, online sellers, marketplaces, or digital commerce workflows
- Ability to research prospects and identify high-potential accounts
- Excellent written English for outbound emails and LinkedIn messages
- Confident communication skills and ability to handle objections professionally
- Experience with tools such as LinkedIn Sales Navigator, Apollo, HubSpot, Pipedrive, Instantly, Lemlist, Clay, or similar outreach/CRM tools
- Results-driven mindset with focus on booked qualified meetings and pipeline generation
