- Manage Network Operations & Service Assurance budget
Transversal Management
- Head of Business Continuity & Crisis Management (focus on technical BCCM)
- Lead Autonomous Network Operation program
- Lead Network Customer Experience Stream
Vendor & Partner Management
- Manage relationships with equipment vendors, Managed Service Provider and Security Operation Center
- Monitor vendor performance against contractual SLAs and KPIs
- Lead operational governance meetings and service reviews
Team Leadership & Development
- Develop career paths within the team and create an appropriate context for people development
- Support strategic development, compliance, and documentation standards
Required Qualifications & Experience
- Skilled people manager with at least 7 years of experience in leadership position in telecommunications, experience in large scale telco networks operations would be a plus.
- Strong expertise in telco technologies and services (Mobile 2G-5G, FTTx, IPTV/OTT, VoIP, Core, Transport, etc.)
- Strong understanding of telecommunications industry operational processes (ITIL and ITSM) and Autonomous Networks evolution (TM Forum) standards
- Strong data analysis and reporting expertise
- Experience with Business Continuity and Crisis Management governance
- Experience with Managed Service Provider governance
- Good understanding of Telco business model and operations
