Purpose of position

Main task of the Expert IT is to manage and supervise services contractors. Ensure delivery of services and goods based on contract, order and IT needs and provide financial and accounting information. Manage IT client and server hardware assets. Information Security Management and reporting. Company IT projects, services and hardware budgeting.

Key responsibilities

• Provide group IT with local IT hardware, software and IT assets support and management
• IT Incidents and Tasks management, filling stations and head-quarter users 1st Level Support
• IT/OT Security incidents handle and reporting, according to group procedures 
• Ensures IT services and hardware delivery is according to SLA and issued purchase orders
• Review, acceptance and reporting of IT services invoices via fiscal service (e-Factura)
• Analysis of Service Delivery Performance, contributions for improvement
• Department financial costs estimation, optimization, budgeting and reporting
• Department accounting related invoices and customs documents handling reporting
• IT Projects demand description, elaboration of technical requirements and specifications for implementation
• Elaborate documentation of implemented IT projects
• Local and group IT Projects, management and implementation with integration in to the corporate infrastructure and regulations
• Controlling and operational functions for observance of the regulations, standards and requirements of the company;
• Prepares and analyzes regular reports to the group IT Management
• Professional and personal leadership for the team members, monitoring objectives and duties of subordinated team members, organized and regular feedback from and to subordinated personnel
• Prepare recruitment requests, interview and assist the recruitment/retention of future team members
• Plan and align the personal development plans for subordinated staff members according to the set objectives and defined strategy and their articulated long term career planning
• Is directly responsible for the performance and competence assessment of his/her direct reports based on the defined criteria and standards (e.g. annual objectives) and within the existing evaluation programs (MySuccessFactors). Take necessary decisions according to the evaluation results, provide clear, constructive and balanced feedback to support and advise, if necessary
• Plan and manage IT department daily work activity and reporting
• Definition of concepts and implementation of corporate and local IT procedures
• Uses SAP Accounting tool to initiate purchase request documents, invoice approval, assets management and reporting
• Ensure archive documents (physically and electronically)

Coordination:

• Process complaints regarding IT services delivery to users;
• Printing solutions consumables management;
• IT Warehouse and IT stock management;
• Service-Now Managing Tool (CMDB, IT Assets Management, Lifecycle management, Incidents Management, Tasks and Projects Management);

Reporting:

• Provide reports and analyzes to business units;
• Provide regular and ad-hoc reports and analyzes that are not covered by controlling;
• Weekly, monthly & periodically reporting;
