About the Role
Evikom is looking for a proactive and highly organized Administrative Assistant to support daily operational, administrative, and coordination activities across the business.
The role will focus on travel coordination, administrative support, communication management, and assistance with day-to-day operational processes. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, responsible, able to multitask, and comfortable working in a dynamic international environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Organize and coordinate business travel arrangements, including flight bookings, hotel reservations, transportation, and travel schedules
- Manage and resolve travel-related administrative issues and last-minute changes
- Support daily administrative and operational activities
- Assist with document preparation, reporting, and internal coordination
- Maintain communication with employees, contractors, vendors, and external partners
- Coordinate calendars, meetings, and scheduling activities
- Assist with invoice collection, expense tracking, and coordination with the accounting team
- Maintain organized records, documentation, and internal files
- Provide general administrative support to management and operational teams
- Coordinate communication with external HR and legal consultancy providers in countries where the company operates
Requirements
- Previous experience in administrative support, office administration, operations, or assistant roles 3 + years/accounting
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills
- Good communication skills in English and Romanian
- Ability to work independently and manage priorities
- Attention to detail and problem-solving mindset
- Good knowledge of Google Workspace / Microsoft Office tools
- Ability to work in a fast-paced and international environment
- Responsible and proactive personality
