Responsibilities:
- Design, develop, and maintain scalable frontend and backend systems using React and NestJS
- Take ownership of full development lifecycle: analysis, design, development, testing, deployment, and production support
- Lead complex technical initiatives across multiple system components
- Translate business, product, and regulatory requirements into technical solutions
- Collaborate with product, design, QA, DevOps, and engineering teams
- Participate in Agile processes (planning, reviews, delivery tracking)
Technical leadership & architecture
- Contribute to system architecture and technical direction
- Build scalable, reusable, and maintainable components
- Define integration patterns, APIs, and technical standards
- Lead refactoring and modernization initiatives
- Perform high-quality code reviews
- Ensure engineering best practices (testing, CI/CD, security, documentation)
- Support incident resolution and continuous improvement
- Mentor team members and raise engineering standards
Innovation & AI
- Use AI tools (e.g. Claude Code) in daily development
- Improve development speed, testing, debugging, and documentation with AI
- Ensure AI-generated output meets quality and security standards
- Identify opportunities for AI integration in workflows and product features
Requirements:
- Experience as Senior Fullstack Developer / Tech Lead
- Strong hands-on experience with React (complex applications)
- Strong experience with NestJS backend development
- Solid knowledge of software architecture, APIs, and design patterns
- Experience leading end-to-end delivery of features
- Strong code review and engineering quality mindset
- Experience with CI/CD, testing, Agile, and version control
- Ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment
- Strong communication and collaboration skills
- Experience using AI tools in development workflows
