We are looking for a results-driven and strategic Head of Sales to lead and scale our commercial operations. This role is ideal for a strong leader with a hands-on mindset, capable of building processes from scratch while driving sustainable revenue growth.

Key ResponsibilitiesStrategic Leadership

  • Develop and execute annual sales and marketing strategies to achieve ambitious revenue targets
  • Create comprehensive plans aligned with overall business objectives
  • Conduct quarterly strategy reviews with client management
  • Collaborate closely with the CEO through weekly planning and reporting sessions
  • Set, monitor, and optimize quarterly objectives for Sales Departments

Sales Management

  • Build and implement the full sales process from the ground up
  • Lead, coach, and develop the sales team through regular training sessions
  • Recruit, onboard, and retain top sales talent
  • Conduct bi-monthly performance reviews and track progress
  • Develop and optimize sales scripts, playbooks, and support materials
  • Ensure consistent achievement of key sales targets, including:
    • Growth in Used Cars sales volume
    • Retention and expansion of OEM and large fleet partnerships
  • Monitor adherence to sales processes and best practices
  • Identify skill gaps and implement tailored development plans
  • Collect feedback from the sales team and translate it into actionable insights
  • Introduce and implement tools to improve efficiency and performance

Agency–Client Collaboration

  • Act as a key liaison between the agency and client teams
  • Coordinate the integration of CRM systems, automation tools, and AI solutions
  • Ensure smooth communication and alignment across all stakeholders

RequirementsExperience

  • Proven experience in sales leadership and team management
  • Strong track record in developing and executing successful sales strategies
  • Hands-on experience with performance marketing and digital advertising platforms
  • Experience building sales processes and training programs from scratch
  • Background in the automotive industry (used cars, dealerships, or fleet management) is a strong advantage
