We are looking for a results-driven and strategic Head of Sales to lead and scale our commercial operations. This role is ideal for a strong leader with a hands-on mindset, capable of building processes from scratch while driving sustainable revenue growth.
Key ResponsibilitiesStrategic Leadership
- Develop and execute annual sales and marketing strategies to achieve ambitious revenue targets
- Create comprehensive plans aligned with overall business objectives
- Conduct quarterly strategy reviews with client management
- Collaborate closely with the CEO through weekly planning and reporting sessions
- Set, monitor, and optimize quarterly objectives for Sales Departments
Sales Management
- Build and implement the full sales process from the ground up
- Lead, coach, and develop the sales team through regular training sessions
- Recruit, onboard, and retain top sales talent
- Conduct bi-monthly performance reviews and track progress
- Develop and optimize sales scripts, playbooks, and support materials
- Ensure consistent achievement of key sales targets, including:
- Growth in Used Cars sales volume
- Retention and expansion of OEM and large fleet partnerships
- Monitor adherence to sales processes and best practices
- Identify skill gaps and implement tailored development plans
- Collect feedback from the sales team and translate it into actionable insights
- Introduce and implement tools to improve efficiency and performance
Agency–Client Collaboration
- Act as a key liaison between the agency and client teams
- Coordinate the integration of CRM systems, automation tools, and AI solutions
- Ensure smooth communication and alignment across all stakeholders
RequirementsExperience
- Proven experience in sales leadership and team management
- Strong track record in developing and executing successful sales strategies
- Hands-on experience with performance marketing and digital advertising platforms
- Experience building sales processes and training programs from scratch
- Background in the automotive industry (used cars, dealerships, or fleet management) is a strong advantage
