Orange Systems is looking for a new colleague to fill in the position of Roaming Coordinator to work with our International Partners.
As a Roaming Coordinator, you will be responsible for coordinating roaming services implementations and launches, managing roaming partnerships and SMS interworking agreements, and ensuring smooth operational collaboration with internal departments and international partners.
what you will be doing:
- Coordinate testing, implementation and launches of roaming services (GSM, CAMEL, Data, 5G) with internal teams and international partners
- Manage SMS Interworking agreements and SMS HUB relationships, including related financials
- Negotiate roaming agreements and maintain collaboration with roaming partners and service providers.
- Plan and organize roaming testing and launches, including distribution of test SIM cards
- Act as Single Point of Contact (SPOC) for operational and billing issues related to roaming services
what we are looking for:
- Experience in roaming operations, coordination, or telecom environments
- Strong organizational and coordination skills with the ability to manage multiple stakeholders
- Excellent attention to detail and ability to work with figures, statistics, and financial data
- Good knowledge of MS Office tools
- Ability to work independently, stay organized, and meet deadlines in a complex environment
- Fluent English
- Experience working with roaming partners and telecom service providers is considered an advantage
- Additional foreign languages would be an advantage
