We are looking for a confident, energetic, and motivated individual to join our team and support our customers with a wide range of inquiries and requests. In this role, you will deliver exceptional customer service while demonstrating strong problem-solving abilities.
No cold calling — you will work exclusively with existing customers.
Key Responsibilities
Communicate with clients via inbound and outbound phone calls
Provide clear, accurate information about company services
Identify customer needs and offer appropriate solutions
Support clients throughout their entire journey with the company — from initial inquiry to final resolution
Accurately register and update client and process data in the CRM system
Maintain high standards of customer satisfaction and service efficiency
What We’re Looking For
Strong verbal English communication skills
Excellent organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple client requests simultaneously
Goal-oriented mindset with the ability to meet individual and team targets
Outstanding customer service skills and the ability to effectively handle different personality types
Strong problem-solving abilities and a customer-focused approach
Previous experience in customer support, management, or sales is an advantage but not required. Experience working with American companies is also a plus, though not mandatory.

Saturday–Wednesday, 3:00 PM – 12:00 AM (8 hours)
Wednesday-Sunday, 3:00 PM – 12:00 AM (8 hours)

$800 during the first 3 months (probation period)
$1.200 starting from the 4th month onward
