We are looking for a confident, energetic, and motivated individual to join our team and support our customers with a wide range of inquiries and requests. In this role, you will deliver exceptional customer service while demonstrating strong problem-solving abilities.

No cold calling — you will work exclusively with existing customers.

Key Responsibilities

• Communicate with clients via inbound and outbound phone calls
• Provide clear, accurate information about company services
• Identify customer needs and offer appropriate solutions
• Support clients throughout their entire journey with the company — from initial inquiry to final resolution
• Accurately register and update client and process data in the CRM system
• Maintain high standards of customer satisfaction and service efficiency

What We’re Looking For

• Strong verbal English communication skills
• Excellent organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple client requests simultaneously
• Goal-oriented mindset with the ability to meet individual and team targets
• Outstanding customer service skills and the ability to effectively handle different personality types
• Strong problem-solving abilities and a customer-focused approach
• Previous experience in customer support, management, or sales is an advantage but not required. Experience working with American companies is also a plus, though not mandatory.
