Key Responsibilities

  • Ensure stable, secure, and efficient daily IT operations across all company locations and systems.
  • Administer, monitor, and maintain network infrastructure including LAN/WAN, VLANs, switches, routers, wireless networks, VPNs, and firewalls.
  • Manage network security, connectivity, bandwidth optimization, and troubleshooting of network-related incidents.
  • Configure and support network equipment, structured cabling, and communication systems.
  • Manage and support Microsoft 365 environment including Exchange Online, Teams, SharePoint, OneDrive, Intune, and Entra ID (Azure AD).
  • Provide advanced end-user support for hardware, software, laptops, mobile devices, printers, conferencing systems, and collaboration tools.
  • Install, configure, monitor, and maintain Windows/Linux servers, Active Directory, virtualization platforms, backup systems, and cloud services.
  • Support cybersecurity operations including endpoint protection, access control, patch management, vulnerability remediation, and security best practices.
  • Monitor IT systems performance, availability, and security; proactively identify and resolve infrastructure, network, or user-related issues.
  • Support ERP, CRM, production, and business-critical applications in collaboration with internal teams and external vendors.
  • Participate in IT infrastructure upgrades, network expansion projects, system implementations, and digital transformation initiatives.
  • Maintain IT and network documentation including network diagrams, IP management, asset inventory, procedures, configurations, and troubleshooting guides.
  • Ensure proper backup, disaster recovery, and data protection procedures are implemented and regularly tested.
  • Collaborate with global IT teams and external service providers to ensure alignment with company standards and policies.
  • Manage IT assets, software licensing, ISP/vendor communication, and service requests.
  • Ensure compliance with internal IT policies, cybersecurity standards, and operational procedures.

Requirements

  • Higher education in Information Technology, Computer Science, Networking, or related field.
  • Proven experience in IT infrastructure, network administration, or system support roles.
  • Strong hands-on experience with:
  • Network infrastructure (LAN/WAN, VLANs, routing, switching, Wi-Fi, VPNs, firewalls);
  • Network monitoring and troubleshooting tools;
  • Microsoft 365 administration (Exchange Online, Teams, SharePoint, Intune, Entra ID);
  • Windows Server administration and Active Directory;
  • Virtualization technologies and backup systems;
  • Endpoint management and cybersecurity solutions.
  • Experience configuring and supporting network equipment such as Cisco, Fortinet, or similar vendors.
  • Experience providing end-user support in a corporate environment.
  • Good understanding of network security principles, access management, patching, and endpoint protection.
  • Familiarity with ERP/CRM systems and business applications is considered an advantage.
  • Experience with cloud technologies and hybrid infrastructure environments is a plus.
  • Strong troubleshooting, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities and work independently.
  • Good communication and collaboration skills with both technical and non-technical users.
  • Strong English proficiency (written and spoken) is required.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Microsoft, Cisco, Fortinet, or other networking/security certifications are considered an advantage.
  • Experience with IT ticketing systems and ITIL-based support processes.
  • Knowledge of scripting or automation tools (PowerShell, Bash, etc.) is a plus.
  • Experience in manufacturing or production environments is considered an advantage.
