About the Role

We are a U.S.-based company seeking a motivated Customer Experience - Sales Support professional to join our growing team. This role is ideal for individuals with experience in sales or customer service who are confident communicators, enjoy connecting with people, and can manage leads efficiently.

While the position includes some customer service tasks, this is primarily a sales-forward role, perfect for someone who enjoys building relationships and driving results.

This is a 100% remote position, open exclusively to candidates residing full-time in Moldova.

Key Responsibilities

• Reach out to leads through cold calls and emails to start conversations
• Conduct calls and virtual meetings to present and promote our products/services
• Build strong rapport with clients, understand their needs, and offer tailored solutions
• Negotiate pricing and terms to close mutually beneficial deals
• Maintain consistent follow-up and communication to ensure client satisfaction
• Learn and stay up to date on all product details in our catalog
• Track leads, opportunities, and activities using our CRM system
• Collaborate closely with the Sales team to meet goals
• Work independently with strong initiative and sound judgment

What We’re Looking For

• Advanced English (spoken, written, and listening)
• Minimum 1 year of experience in sales, customer service, or a hybrid role
• Strong computer and system navigation skills (CRM experience preferred)
• Ability to multitask effectively 
• Positive and professional communication style
• Fast typing skills
• Self-motivated, proactive, and comfortable working independently

Nice-to-Have (Not Required)

• Experience with outbound calls
• Prior experience supporting U.S. customers
• Goal-driven mindset or sales training background
