PURPOSE OF THE JOB

Our customer is a global management consulting firm. Its clients are leading organization in public, private and social sectors all over the world. We are seeking for Frontend Senior Engineer for project that pertains to the marketing and sales area. The goal of the project is analyzing, predicting and optimizing of revenue growth management.

MAIN TASKS AND RESPONSIBILITIES

• Take part in requirements analyses, research implementation ways, and possibilities.
• Analyze and estimate implementation efforts.
• Actively participate in developing new features from scratch.
• Ensure that assigned areas are delivered within set deadlines and required quality objectives.
• Responsible for resolving crisis situations within areas of responsibility.
• Continuously collaborate with stakeholders.
• Obtain tasks from Team Lead or supervisor and execute them within set deadlines and specified quality objectives.
• Participate in functional and architectural design of assigned features.
• Research and evaluate technical options to implement assigned features.
• Provide estimations of feature scope and participate in splitting it into tasks.
• Proactively raise technical risks and provide mitigation plans.
• Investigate and resolve issues within agreed SLA.
• Implement fixes for specific customer issues.
• Ensure high-quality development standards (e.g., unit/integration tests).
• Report about status, feature readiness, technical risks, and other risks, raising red flags in crisis situations.
• Constantly improve professional skills.
• Mentor junior colleagues.

EDUCATION, SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE

Must have:

• University degree in Computer Related Sciences or equivalent work experience
• Commercial development experience using React.js (5+ years)
• Commercial development experience with React Redux, Redux Sagas
• Commercial development experience with TypeScript
• Experience of working in a fast-paced Agile development environment
• At least Intermediate level of English

Would be a plus:

• Commercial development experience with Ag Grid and VictoryJS
• Commercial experience with redux-toolkit
• Experience of working in a multinational team
