Tasks we need you to handle:

• Present the company and Qualify clients via phone - UK market
• Enter accurate, valid and complete information provided during the call
• Follow the set procedures and guidelines within the project
• Take the extra mile to engage customers 

The candidate profile: 

• Strong phone contact handling skills and active listening
• Advanced English speaking skills (C1-C2)
• Familiarity with CRM systems and practices
• Customer orientation and ability to adapt/respond to different types of profiles
• Excellent communication and presentation skills
• Ability to multi-task, prioritize, and manage time effectively
