Join Nova Lines as a Customer Coordinator and help grow our network by connecting new clients with our logistics solutions.

Your main responsibilities:

• Contact potential customers by phone and email to find new leads;
• Collect key shipping details and identify business opportunities;
• Research and organize clients by region to target the best prospects;
• Follow up with leads and help move them through the sales process;
• Work with the Manager to onboard new customers smoothly.

What we’re looking for:

• Advanced English (minimum B2 level), both spoken and written;
• Proven sales experience - confidence in customer communication is a must;
• Positive, responsible, and adaptable attitude;
• Comfortable with routine sales tasks and CRM tools;
• Strong motivation to learn, grow, and succeed in an international environment.
