We're looking for a dependable, organized person to join our freight brokerage team. In this role, you'll work closely with our brokers, carriers, and customers to keep freight moving smoothly from pickup to delivery.

What You'll Do

• Communicate with carriers, drivers, customers, and brokers throughout the shipping process.
  
• Track loads and provide updates on pickup, transit, and delivery.
  
• Help schedule appointments and coordinate shipments.
  
• Handle issues such as delays, breakdowns, missed appointments, and other transportation challenges.
  
• Enter and update shipment information in our system.
  
• Collect proof of delivery (PODs) and other required paperwork.
  
• Assist with onboarding new carriers and verifying documents.
  
• Support the operations team with daily tasks to ensure loads are covered and delivered on time.
  
• Answer emails and phone calls in a professional and timely manner.
  

What We're Looking For:

• Previous experience in freight brokerage, trucking, logistics, dispatch, or transportation is preferred.
  
• Strong communication and customer service skills.
  
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment where priorities can change quickly.
  
• Good attention to detail and strong organizational skills.
  
• Basic computer skills.
  
• A positive attitude and willingness to learn.
