We a resident of Moldova IT Park. Therefore, the ideal candidate has proven experience in ensuring full compliance with local accounting standards and tax regulations specific to IT Park regime. Also, you’re expected to work with numerical data, manage multiple tasks with deadlines, and provide complete reports to the management. You should have a good grip on accounting and financial regulations.

Ultimately, you should be prompt, full-time dedicated professional, detail-oriented, and analytical, able to easily communicate complex quantitative data to the decision-makers.

What you'll do:

• Maintain accounting records in compliance with National Accounting Standards and MITP requirements
• Prepare and present monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements
• Develop and manage accounting policies and procedures tailored to IT Park operational scope
• Prepare, analyze and maintain the budget, financial dashboards by ensuring that these are accurate, up-to-date, and reflect business needs
• Collaborate with departments and senior management
• Maintain a system of internal controls to ensure the integrity of financial information
• Ensure smooth calculation and payment of employee salaries and payroll-related taxes
• Execute timely reporting to Moldovan authorities, including mandatory declarations and financial statements
• Track legislative and tax updates relevant to payroll, the unified tax regime, VAT, and employee benefits systems
• Assist during external audits or inspections, providing required documentation and financial support
• Perform proper internal control of all the company’s assets

What we’re looking for:

• Bachelor’s degree in accounting, finance, or a related field
• 4+ years of professional experience - preferably in an international or IT company
• Strong knowledge of accounting principles and financial regulations
• Knowledge of local Moldovan accounting standards, tax laws, and the 7% unified tax regime
• Experience in budget preparation and financial forecasting
• Strong command of accounting software (e.g. 1C) and advanced Excel skills
• Excellent analytical, organizational, and attention-to-detail skills
• English upper-intermediate level
• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
• Strong interpersonal skills
