We’re looking for a creative powerhouse who lives and breathes TikTok, IG Reels, and YouTube Shorts — someone who knows what grabs attention and keeps it.

If you’ve got an eye for trends, a portfolio full of scroll-stopping edits, and the drive to help a brand stand out in the feed, keep reading.

What you’ll do:

• Turn raw footage into viral-worthy reels that promote our brand and hook our audience.
• Come up with fresh, creative ideas based on trends, competitors, and insights from other niches.
• Analyze what works and adapt — we want someone who’s always watching the culture and thinking ahead. 
• Edit with energy and flow, crafting visually engaging, retention-focused short videos.

What we’re looking for:

• Experience editing social-first video (portfolio required)
• Strong sense of visual rhythm and storytelling
• English level B2 at least
• Knows trends, what drives views, and how to keep attention
• Proactice and creative — you bring ideas, not just edits
• Organized, reliable, and results-driven
• Available Monday–Friday, 15:00–00:00
