Duties and Responsibilities

• OHL project implementation support with identification of resources
• Experience in dealing with business in Transmission & distribution industry with identification of new business opportunities in the region.
•  Market research and competitive analysis with managing relationships with existing and potential clients and partners
•  Prioritize the and identify trends and opportunities for current grown and forecast.
•  Technical competence to develop and deliver the requisite required information as per project requirement.
•  Cost estimate for the new and modification for the existing projects including monitoring with base industry trends and changes.
•  Manage project and ensure they are completed on time and on budget

Requirements and Qualifications

•  Bachelor’s degree in engineering and preference will be given with master’s degree in business and Strategy.
•  15+ years of experience in power, electrical and T & D industry with knowledge of operations and business development.
•  Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills
•  Strong analytical and interpersonal skill
•  Proven track record of successful development and closures
•  Proactive, self-starter and able to work independently
•  Able to manage multiple projects and meet tight deadlines
• Job required fluency in English and frequent travels
