We're looking for a Product Owner in our LendTech venture that develops credit products and is based on cutting edge risk assessment technologies. We create a platform that cater many needs for financial institutions based on its operational, risk and data systems available as a whole or stand alone products. The initial project's objective is to create an in-house funds structure that will provide credit products to SMEs, starting in the EU and expanding globally. 
 
As a Product Owner in our project , you will play a pivotal role in driving your product's strategy and delivery, while ensuring it aligns with our business and product objectives. You'll prioritize solutions and will measure the technical difficulties involved by means of an Output-Based-Thinking, meant to satisfy investors and development team. 
This role involves a lot of research and understanding of the marketplace you're building our product for.

And, of course, it’s absolutely crucial to have a strong curiosity about the Fintech industry. 

What you will do: 

• Provide an active role in the successful completion of Release / Sprint goals for a cross-functional team (development and QA); 
• Translate business needs into actionable product requirements, ensuring the seamless integration of data-driven insights into our lending platform; 
• Plan all the project activities:  product releases, product feature backlog, product development; 
• Provide backlog management, iteration planning, and user stories elaboration; 
• Research, analyze, and interpret the whole data related to FinTech, financial  market, users, product roadmap; 
• Provide vision to Agile development team and stakeholders & define requirements in line with Agile/Scrum best practices; 
• Work closely with Ops / Business management. 

What we're looking for: 

• Previous work experience as Product Owner for at least 3 years; 
• Previous work experience in financial services data analytics for at least 2 years; 
• Track record in the Fintech sector; 
• MA in Computer Science, Engineering, Finance & Banking, or similar relevant fields; 
• Fluent Verbal and Written English; 
• Outstanding communication, presentation, and leadership skills; 
• Excellent organizational and time management skills; 
• Sharp analytical, problem-solving, and creative skills;
• In-depth knowledge of Agile processes and principles. 

Nice to have: 

• Experience with credit or lending related products; 
• Experience in Data Management & Data Integration.
