We are looking for a young colleague to join our team in the position of Trainer for Models / Chatter. This is a fully remote position with flexible hours, including morning and evening shifts.

The position is fully remote but also with the possibility of relocation if desired in the future. 

In this role, you'll work alongside our driven, diverse group of professionals in this exciting industry. We welcome candidates from all backgrounds who are eager to grow and develop their skills in our supportive environment, regardless of previous experience.

Responsibilities

• Basic technical support (eg: workstation preparation, set up used software, camera preparation)   
• Training models to exceed their targets 
• Offer constant support & motivation to the model 
• Help in conversations with members 

Requirements:

• Advanced English and Romanian language skills (mandatory). One of the most important requirements, please do not apply if you do not master it at a good level
• Have good knowledge of Google Suit
• Minimum secondary education
• Organized, punctual, and professional work ethic
• Flexibility in working hours and shifts. Especially Night shifts
• Strong communication and negotiation skills
• Experience in sales is an advantage
