Business Plane Logistics, an international company specializing in time-critical shipments worldwide, with its headquarters based in Chisinau, is looking for a motivated individual who is ready to put their problem-solving skills to work.

Requirements:

• Upper B2–C1 English proficiency and confident communication skills.
• Customer-oriented mindset, adaptability, and a proactive attitude.
• Strong attention to detail and the ability to multitask under pressure.
• Good organizational skills and the ability to prioritize urgent requests and meet deadlines.
• Confidence using Microsoft Office and other computer applications.
• Ability to learn quickly and process information accurately.
• Previous experience as a Ticket Agent, Travel Consultant, or in the airline/travel industry is an advantage.

Responsibilities:

• Build and optimize flight itineraries using Amadeus GDS, including complex routes.
• Find the best flight options based on price, schedule, and customer needs.
• Verify passenger documents and advise on applicable travel restrictions.
• Issue tickets and process changes, refunds, and IATA-related claims.
• Handle client and partner inquiries via email and phone.
• Maintain accurate system records, reports, and booking information.
• Share relevant updates with the team and support colleagues through training.

Required Experience:

• Knowledge of airline reservations, fare rules, ticketing procedures, and IATA regulations.
• Experience with GDS platforms such as Amadeus, Sabre, Galileo/Travelport, or Worldspan.
• Familiarity with visa requirements and travel documentation.
• Strong customer service, communication, and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent attention to detail when managing bookings, itineraries, and ticket information.
• Ability to handle booking changes, cancellations, and last-minute travel requests efficiently.
• Proficiency in airline portals, Microsoft Excel, and Google Sheets.
• Strong organizational skills and the ability to perform under pressure.

Working Schedule:

Hours: 10:00 AM – 6:00 PM

Days: Monday – Friday
