We are a growing transportation and logistics company providing services for the U.S. market.
With 7 years of experience in the industry, we continue to expand our team and are currently looking for an experienced Safety Driver to join us.
We are looking for someone with strong practical knowledge of trucking operations and road safety. Previous driving experience with open-deck trucks is highly preferred, as it provides a better understanding of the real challenges, risks, and day-to-day situations drivers face on the road.

Responsibilities:

• Monitor and promote safe driving practices across the fleet;
  
• Review and address driver safety violations and unsafe driving behavior;
  
• Monitor Hours of Service (HOS) and identify potential violations;
  
• Assist with accident and incident investigations;
  
• Communicate with drivers regarding safety issues, violations, and corrective actions;
  
• Provide safety guidance, coaching, and additional training when necessary;
  
• Identify potential risks related to open-deck trucking operations;
  
• Ensure drivers follow company safety procedures;
  
• Review driver performance and safety-related information;
  
• Maintain accurate safety-related records and documentation;
  
• Work closely with Dispatch and Fleet Management to resolve safety-related issues;
  
• Help reduce accidents, violations, claims, and other operational risks.

Requirements:

• Around 3 years of relevant experience in the trucking industry;
  
• Previous driving experience with open-deck trucks is highly preferred;
  
• Strong practical understanding of trucking operations and road safety;
  
• Basic knowledge of U.S. trucking safety regulations is an advantage;
• Understanding of Hours of Service (HOS) regulations;
  
• Strong communication and problem-solving skills;
  
• Attention to detail and a responsible approach to safety;
  
• Good English communication skills;
  
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
