Remote Customer Support & Creator Relations Specialist (US Company)

We're a growing US-based e-commerce brand looking for a reliable, friendly, and detail-oriented person to join our team remotely from Moldova. You'll be the voice of our brand for customers and the creators we work with.

What you'll do

• Reply to customer messages and help solve their issues quickly and politely
• Communicate with influencers and content creators, and help manage those partnerships
• Support daily operations, such as updating product information and simple tasks in online platforms (full training provided)
• Keep track of information and tasks in Google Sheets

What we're looking for

• Good written and spoken English
• Strong communication skills and a customer-first attitude
• Attention to detail and quick, timely responses
• Comfort with Google Sheets
• Your own computer and a stable internet connection
• Availability from 14:00 to 22:00 (Moldova time)

Nice to have

• Experience in customer support, especially in English
• Experience in marketing, social media, or e-commerce
• Familiarity with TikTok, Instagram, or online marketplaces
