We are currently looking for an experienced Dispatch Manager to join our team and take a
key role in managing and coordinating our daily dispatch operations.

THE ROLE

As a Dispatch Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing daily dispatch operations,
coordinating the dispatch team, monitoring loads and routes, and ensuring smooth and
efficient communication between drivers, dispatchers, brokers, and other parties involved in
the transportation process.
We are looking for someone with strong experience in the U.S. transportation market who
can manage a fast-paced environment, make effective decisions, and handle operational
challenges as they arise.

RESPONSIBILITIES

• Manage and coordinate daily dispatch operations;
• Supervise and support the dispatch team;
• Monitor loads, routes, schedules, and delivery progress;
• Ensure efficient communication between dispatchers, drivers, brokers, and
  customers;
• Identify and resolve operational issues in a timely manner;
• Help optimize routes and daily operations to improve overall efficiency;
• Monitor team performance and ensure company standards are maintained;
• Handle changes, delays, and other unexpected situations during daily operations;
• Maintain a high level of organization and accuracy;
• Work closely with management to support operational goals and business growth.

REQUIREMENTS

• Minimum 3 years of relevant experience in the U.S. transportation/logistics
  market;
• Advanced English, both spoken and written;
• Previous dispatch experience and a strong understanding of U.S. trucking
  operations;
• Strong leadership and team-management skills;
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills;
• Ability to multitask and perform effectively in a fast-paced environment;
• Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills;
• Responsibility and attention to detail;
• Good computer skills.

SALARY & SCHEDULE

• Salary starting from $4,000/month;
• Salary paid every two weeks;
• Performance-based bonuses based on individual results and quality of work;
• Monday–Friday;
• 15:00–00:00;
• Full-time, office-based position;
• Official employment.
