What you’ll do:
- Own the full-cycle hiring process — sourcing, interviewing, and onboarding top talent
- Improve and scale our People Operations processes (recruitment, onboarding, performance reviews, culture initiatives)
- Collaborate with team leads to identify hiring needs and build pipelines
- Manage contracts, documentation, and HR compliance in a streamlined, organized way
- Keep the team engaged through culture-building activities and feedback loops
- Maintain and grow our international, flexible, performance-first culture
- Bring new tools and automation ideas to make HR run faster and smarter
What we expect
- Proven experience in recruitment, HR, or people operations
- Great instincts for spotting talent and evaluating team fit
- Confidence, structure, and clarity — especially under pressure
- Strong communication and organizational skills
- Initiative — you’ll have full ownership, and we expect outcomes
- Experience (or curiosity) using AI tools to streamline workflows is a big plus
