Division Leadership
- end-to-end responsible for RAN, FAN, Transport, Technical Environment and Power Supply deployment and maintenance, Data Centres & Critical infrastructure
- Lead all networks deployment projects
- Lead Property & Compliance activity
- Lead Spare Parts Management & Field Operation & Maintenance
- Manage Networks Deployment & Maintenance budget
Vendor & Stakeholder Management
- Manage strategic relationships with vendors/suppliers, subcontractors, and Managed Service Provider (MSP) related to networks Deployment & Maintenance
- Lead technical evaluation, incl within RFQ/RFP processes, product validation, acceptance activities, and deployment readiness assessments
- Ensure vendor performance compliance regarding quality, timelines, cost efficiency, and contractual obligations
- Optimize investment efficiency while maintaining performance and quality objectives
Team Leadership
- Lead, develop, and inspire a high-performing team of network deployment and maintenance professionals
- Create career development paths and foster a culture of innovation and continuous improvement
Required Qualifications & Experience
- Skilled people manager with at least 7 years of experience in leadership position in telecommunications, experience in large scale telco networks operations would be a plus.
- Strong understanding in RAN, FAN, FN & Platforms and transport network (Mobile 2G-5G, FTTx, Transport/Backbone, IP/MPLS, MW & Optical Transmission (DWDM)) technologies, Technical Environment and Power Supply
- Proven leadership experience in managing complex technical projects related to Access Network & Transport, Technical Environment & Power supply, Data Centres & Critical Infra
- Strong understanding of Networks Deployment & Maintenance transformation trends including automation, virtualization and AI-driven optimization
- Good understanding of Telco business model and operations.
