As a Sales & Business Development Representative, you will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, generating qualified leads, building relationships with prospective clients, and supporting the full sales cycle. This role requires a strong understanding of B2B technology sales, excellent communication skills, and the ability to engage with decision-makers within the online betting, gaming, and sports wagering industries.
Key Responsibilities:
- Identify, research, and target potential clients including sportsbook operators, casino operators, gaming startups, affiliates, and betting brands.
- Generate new business opportunities through outbound prospecting, networking, industry events, referrals, and digital outreach.
- Develop and maintain a robust sales pipeline using CRM tools.
- Build strong relationships with C-level executives, product managers, and operational stakeholders.
- Understand client requirements and collaborate with internal teams to propose customized software solutions.
- Prepare sales proposals, presentations, contracts, and commercial agreements.
- Track industry trends, competitor activities, regulatory developments, and market opportunities.
- Represent the company at gaming, betting, and technology conferences, exhibitions, and networking events.
- Provide regular sales forecasts and pipeline reports to management.
Required Qualifications:
- 3+ years of experience in B2B sales, business development, or account management.
- Experience selling software, SaaS, technology services, or digital products.
- Strong lead generation, prospecting, and relationship-building skills.
- Excellent verbal, written, and presentation skills.
- Strong fluency in English (upper-intermediate/advanced level).
- Proven track record of achieving or exceeding sales targets.
- Ability to manage multiple opportunities simultaneously.
- Familiarity with Sales and CRM platforms such as LinkedIn Sales Navigator, Apollo or similar tools.
- Self-motivated, organised, and results-driven.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience within the iGaming, sportsbook, casino, sports betting, gaming, or fintech sectors.
- Experience working with international clients.
