The Impact You'll Make: 

• We're looking for a 3D Artist to create high-quality, performance-optimized assets for one of our clients’ real-time games. You will design, build, and deliver the virtual 3D environments that client’s game presenters are composited into via green screen. 
• This role suits someone with solid production experience who can take a brief and deliver polished, engine-ready assets. 

What you'll do: 

• Translate game concepts and brand briefs into 3D virtual studio environments 
• Model, texture (PBR), and light full 3D environments optimized for real-time rendering at broadcast frame rates 
• Design environments that work convincingly across multiple fixed camera angles simultaneously 
• Work with client technical and broadcast team to calibrate virtual environments for seamless green screen compositing  
• Set up and maintain real-time scenes in Unity (or Unreal Engine), including camera rigs, render pipelines, and output to broadcast systems 
• Create ambient animations - looping atmospheric effects, particle systems, light behavior that keep the environment alive 
• Build event-triggered VFX 
• Work closely with client’s Product Owners, Operational and Technical team throughout production 
• Iterate based on feedback from stakeholders, broadcast tests, and operator preview sessions 
• Maintain clean, organized asset libraries and project documentation for every environment delivered 

What we’re looking for: 

• 3+ years of professional experience in 3D environment art, virtual production, broadcast design, or a closely related discipline 
• Strong modeling and UV skills in at least one DCC tool (Blender, Maya, or 3ds Max) 
• Strong proficiency in Blender (primary) or 3ds Max - 3D modelling, UV unwrapping, scene organization 
• Experience integrating assets into a real-time engine (Unity, Unreal, or similar) 
• Solid understanding of real-time optimization: polygon budgets, draw calls, LODs, texture compression 
• A solid portfolio demonstrating real-time, optimized work 
• Clear communicator with non-technical stakeholders 
• Fluent English 

Nice-to-Haves: 

• Experience in iGaming, broadcasting, or live TV virtual production 
• VFX work (particle systems, VFX Graph, or similar). 
• OBS, vMix, or similar broadcast compositing tools 
• Background in architectural visualization, set design, or cinematography
