This is a hands-on role for someone who can build sales processes from scratch, lead a team, and drive real business growth. You will be responsible not only for managing people, but also for actively developing sales structure, strategy, and performance.
Key responsibilities:
- Build and develop the sales process from the ground up
- Lead, coach, and motivate the sales team
- Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve business goals
- Monitor performance and ensure consistent results
- Improve processes, tools, and efficiency
- Contribute directly to revenue growth
