Responsibilities:

• Monitor and coordinate ongoing shipments during after-hours.
• Act as the main contact for drivers and customers outside office hours.
• Quickly respond to issues, delays, or last-minute route changes.
• Maintain clear documentation and handover notes for day teams.
• Communicate with service providers when needed (tow trucks, repair shops, etc.).

Requirements:

• Previous experience in dispatching or transportation/logistics is a strong advantage.
• Strong communication skills in English (written and spoken).
• Experience with Alvys TMS is an advantage.
• Calm under pressure and confident in making decisions independently.
• Tech-savvy – comfortable using dispatch software and digital tools.
• Availability to work evenings, nights, and weekends on a rotational schedule.
