We are currently looking for an After Hours Dispatcher to join our team and support our daily transportation operations.

RESPONSIBILITIES

• Monitor routes and delivery statuses;
  
• Communicate with drivers, providing support, instructions, and assistance in non-standard situations;
  
• Assist with truck and trailer breakdowns and coordinate communication between drivers and repair shops;
  
• Quickly identify and resolve logistical issues as they arise;
  
• Update relevant information in the system and coordinate with other departments;
  
• Handle incoming requests from drivers and customers;
  
• Maintain clear and professional communication throughout the shift

REQUIREMENTS

• Previous experience in the U.S. trucking/logistics industry is required;
  
• Experience working with drivers and handling breakdown and repair situations is a strong advantage;
  
• English level B2 or higher — mandatory;
  
• Confident PC user;
  
• Responsible, attentive, and able to work effectively under pressure;
  
• Ability to make quick decisions in non-standard and emergency situations;
  
• Strong communication and problem-solving skills.

SALARY & SCHEDULE

• Salary starting from $700/month;
• Working hours: 15:00–01:00;
• Office-based position only — no remote work;
  
• Full-time position.
