We are looking for a dedicated Recruiter & HR Specialist to join our team, with a primary focus on recruitment and additional responsibility for key HR operations.
Your main focus will be full-cycle recruitment, including sourcing, candidate engagement, and coordination with hiring managers across multiple markets. In parallel, you will support essential HR processes such as onboarding, employee administration, HR policies, and internal communication.
Key Responsibilities
Recruitment & Talent Acquisition (60%)
- Manage full-cycle recruitment for technical and non-technical roles
- Source and engage candidates through LinkedIn, job boards, referrals, and Boolean search techniques
- Conduct initial screening interviews and assess candidate fit
- Coordinate interview processes and maintain clear communication with candidates throughout the hiring cycle
- Collaborate with hiring managers to define role requirements and recruitment priorities
- Support offer preparation and hiring coordination
HR Operations & Administration (25%)
- Support onboarding and offboarding processes
- Maintain employee records, HR documentation, and internal databases
- Assist with leave tracking and day-to-day HR administrative processes
- Support probation review and performance evaluation processes
- Help maintain and update HR policies and the employee handbook
Employee Support & Internal Coordination (15%)
- Act as a point of contact for employee HR-related questions and support
- Support employee feedback and engagement initiatives
- Assist with internal communication and employee-related coordination activities
- Support various day-to-day administrative and HR operational tasks when needed
Requirements:
- 2+ years of experience in recruitment / talent acquisition
- Strong LinkedIn sourcing skills and an established professional network
- Experience using Boolean search and modern sourcing techniques
- Previous exposure to HR operations or HR administration
- Experience working across international market
- Strong communication and organisational skills
- Attention to detail and a structured approach to work
- Comfortable working in a dynamic environment with changing priorities and ability to manage multiple processes simultaneously
- Upper-intermediate level of English or higher
- Fluent Romanian and Russian language skills
Nice to have:
- Prior experience recruiting within the IT industry is considered an advantage
- Previous experience working in an outsourcing company is considered an advantage
