ABOUT THE ROLE
- We are an international company working with the US market, looking for an experienced and technically capable Salesforce Administrator to join our Chișinău office. This is a full-stack role — you will be responsible not only for day-to-day administration of our Salesforce environment, but also for customisation, development, and integrations that support our operational workflows.
- You will work closely with an existing tech/ops team member, contributing hands-on technical expertise while helping to ensure our Salesforce instance is well-maintained, well-documented, and continuously improving. WHAT YOU'LL DO
- Manage users, roles, profiles, permissions, and security settings across our Salesforce org;
- Build and maintain custom objects, fields, page layouts, workflows, flows, and validation rules;
- Design and maintain reports and dashboards that give leadership clear, accurate visibility into operations;
- Develop and maintain integrations between Salesforce and third-party tools and platforms;
- Troubleshoot issues, identify root causes, and implement clean, sustainable fixes;
- Manage data quality — imports, deduplication, cleanup, and ongoing hygiene;
- Document configurations, processes, and changes clearly and consistently;
- Support end users — answering questions, providing guidance, and training new team members on Salesforce processes;
- Collaborate with the tech/ops team to scope, plan, and deliver improvements to our Salesforce environment.
WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR
- 2+ years of hands-on Salesforce experience covering both administration and customisation/development;
- Strong working knowledge of Salesforce Flow, custom objects, reports, dashboards, and permission management;
- Experience with Salesforce integrations — connecting Salesforce to external platforms via APIs or middleware tools;
- Salesforce certification (Administrator, Platform Developer, or equivalent) is preferred — but we will consider strong candidates who can demonstrate their skills without one;
- Excellent English — written and spoken - at least a B2 level. You will work in an English-language environment and communicate directly with US-facing operations;
- Methodical and detail-oriented — you document what you build and think before you click;
- A problem-solver who takes ownership and doesn't wait to be told something is broken;
WHAT WE OFFER
- Salary of $1,700–$2,200 NET per month, based on experience and demonstrated capability;
- Late-afternoon and evening hours, suited for those who prefer quiet mornings — Monday to Friday, 3pm to 12am (1h lunch break);
