Web NG Global is an international company based in Moldova that partners with U.S. Consumer law firms, providing outsourced services for the American legal industry. We support the entire client journey - from attracting potential clients, doing the intake clerical work and assisting the attorneys with administrative tasks throughout the client journey. Our work helps attorneys focus on what they do best - delivering and winning for the clients, while we provide the support they need every step of the way.
What you’ll do
Manage users, roles, profiles, permissions, and security settings across our Salesforce org;
Build and maintain custom objects, fields, page layouts, workflows, flows, and validation rules;
Design and maintain reports and dashboards that give leadership clear, accurate visibility into operations;
Develop and maintain integrations between Salesforce and third-party tools and platforms;
Troubleshoot issues, identify root causes, and implement clean, sustainable fixes;
Manage data quality — imports, deduplication, cleanup, and ongoing hygiene;
Document configurations, processes, and changes clearly and consistently;
Support end users — answering questions, providing guidance, and training new team members on Salesforce processes;
Collaborate with the tech/ops team to scope, plan, and deliver improvements to our Salesforce environment.
What makes you a good fit
2+ years of hands-on Salesforce experience covering both administration and customisation/development;
Front-end and back-end skills;
Strong working knowledge of Salesforce coding, flow, custom objects, reports, dashboards, and permission management;
Experience with Salesforce integrations — connecting Salesforce to external platforms via APIs or middleware tools;
Salesforce certification (Administrator, Platform Developer, or equivalent) is preferred — but we will consider strong candidates who can demonstrate their skills without one;
Excellent English — written and spoken - at least a B2 level. You will work in an English-language environment and communicate directly with US-facing operations;
Methodical and detail-oriented — you document what you build and think before you click;
A problem-solver who takes ownership and doesn't wait to be told something is broken;
What we offer
Competitive salary: $1,700–$2,200 NET per month, based on experience and demonstrated capability.
Evening schedule: 3:00 PM – 12:00 AM (including a 1-hour lunch break), ideal for those who prefer quiet mornings.
