Supporting implementation and development of enterprise software products for our clients
Building Python-based automation scripts and internal tools that make delivery faster and more reliable
Integrating and testing AI tools in real business workflows - this is part of the job, not a side project
Monitoring cloud and staging environments, analyzing system logs, and reporting issues clearly to the team
Working closely with the tech lead and PM to understand business context before building - you will translate requirements into solutions, not just execute tickets
Contributing to technical documentation and solution design
What We Are Looking For:
6 months to 1 year of hands-on development experience - personal or solid projects experience required
Strong Python skills and a proven habit of using AI tools in your daily work
Exposure to any web framework - we care more about how you think than which stack you know
Someone who takes ownership - you follow through, you ask when stuck, you don't disappear
Strong communicator in Romanian, conversational English - you can hold a professional conversation and write clearly
Bonus: any exposure to enterprise software and tools, or business process analysis
