We are seeking a highly skilled Digital Offers Expert to lead the design, development, and deployment of mobile offers and promotions tailored for customer acquisition through the My Orange application.
This role involves translating business requirements into technical specifications, managing the lifecycle of digital-exclusive offers, and optimizing the in-app customer journey to enhance user experience and engagement.
what you’ll be doing:
- design, develop, and launch Mobile Offers and Promotions specifically adapted for acquisition through My Orange application. This includes in the scope definition of customer segment, customer benefits, pricing, and unique selling proposition that will be available in My Orange app
- translate business requirements into specifications required for technical implementation and coordinate the end-to-end launch of new offers in My Orange app
- manage the lifecycle of digital-exclusive offers
- understand and map the in-app customer journey (so called digital acquisition), identify and address pain points, contribute to simplification of user experience
- utilize analytics tools to gather insights into user behavior and acquisition patterns within the app
- Analyze data to understand business performance of digitally acquired customers and bring improvement initiatives
- collaborate with communication, sales, and customer service teams to ensure a proper go-to-market for digital offers and necessary support for digitally acquired customers
what we are looking for:
- at least 2-4 years of experience in digital product management, marketing, or related roles within the telecom or digital services industry
- analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data
- knowledge of user experience (UX) principles and in-app journey would be a plus
- ability to communicate effectively and collaborate with cross-functional teams
- project management and organizational abilities
- bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Digital Product Marketing, or a related field
- proficiency in Romanian and English
