We are looking for a talented and driven Content Marketing Manager to join our team and own the content presence across our portfolio of brands. This role is central to how our company communicates its identity, products, and services to the world. The ideal candidate will be a creative storyteller with a strong understanding of the IT industry, capable of producing compelling content across multiple platforms — from in-depth technical articles to engaging social media posts — while actively building our brand presence online and at industry events.
You will work to develop and execute content strategies, manage social media channels and maintain web content, without heavy oversight.
What you'll do:
Content Creation & Management
- Plan, write, and publish articles, blog posts, case studies, and product-focused content across the portfolio, describing the company’s products and services
- Develop and maintain a content calendar to ensure consistent and timely publishing
- Create clear and engaging content for product pages, landing pages, and marketing materials
- Produce content covering company news, technology trends, partnerships, and industry insights
- Collaborate with technical teams and product stakeholders to translate complex IT concepts into accessible, audience-friendly content
Social Media Management
- Manage and grow social media presence across multiple brand accounts on LinkedIn, Facebook, and other relevant platforms
- Create, schedule, and publish engaging social media posts aligned with the company’s tone, audience and strategic goals
- Monitor social media channels, respond to comments and messages, and engage with the community
- Track social media performance metrics and report on growth, engagement, and reach with actionable recommendations
Web & Digital Presence
- Manage and update website content, ensuring accuracy, relevance, and SEO best practices
- Collaborate with the web development team on content structure, UX copy, and landing page optimization
- Monitor website traffic and content performance using analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics)
- Develop and execute SEO strategies to improve organic search visibility
Company Promotion & Events
- Occasionally represent and promote the company at industry events, and networking meetings
- Prepare promotional materials or presentations as needed for events and partnerships
- Support the PR efforts and manage external communications, including press releases
Strategy & Reporting
- Develop and execute a content marketing strategy aligned with overall business objectives
- Define KPIs and regularly report on the effectiveness of content and marketing campaigns
- Stay up to date with digital marketing trends, tools, and best practices
What we’re looking for:
Essential Qualifications
- 3+ years of experience in content marketing, copywriting, or a similar role, preferably in the IT or technology industry
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English (additional languages are a plus)
- Proven track record managing corporate social media accounts (LinkedIn, Facebook)
- Understanding of SEO principles and content optimization
- Experience with website CMS platforms (e.g., WordPress, Webflow, or similar)
- Ability to simplify technical concepts for non-technical audiences
- Strong organizational skills, with the ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously without close supervision
Desirable Qualifications
- Experience in the IT services, software development, or tech startup environments
- Familiarity with analytics tools such as Google Analytics, SEMrush, or HubSpot
- Basic graphic design skills or experience with tools such as Canva or Figma
- Experience representing a company at events or in media interactions
- Knowledge of email marketing platforms and campaign management

What Success looks like at Jivy Group:
- By 3rd month – you will audit content across our portfolio and establish a unified content calendar. You will begin publishing regularly and build relationships with the teams and stakeholders.
- By 6th month – you will already define and document brand voice guidelines for projects and establish measurable growth in social engagement and web traffic.
- By month 12 – you will have already demonstrated a clear impact on brand awareness and will own the full content pipeline end-to-end. You will identify and act on various ideas and opportunities to expand content reach.
