We're looking for the B2B Sales Specialist to join our team in Chisinau.

• Salary range up to 50,000 lei or more;

• Working hours Monday-Friday from 16:00 till 01:00 (Moldova Time Zone).

Responsibilities:

• Conduct phone calls to potential clients
• Organize and lead online product presentation meetings tailored to the client specific needs.
• Aim for a high conversion rate, closing deals is faster when the product saves the client money immediately.
• Maintain accurate records of client interactions, presentation details, and outcomes in our CRM system.

Requirements:

• At least 1 year of experience in sales.
• Fluency in Russian, Romanian, and English.
• Should be comfortable with a large number of calls;
• Organized, fast-learner, empathic and persuasive.
• Excellent communication skills to engage with potential clients effectively.
