Passionate about learning new skills and continuously developing in product-driven environments, with interest in digital products and data analytics.
Worked in the field of Customer Experience within the banking sector, focusing on customer feedback analysis, process optimization, and collaboration with cross-functional teams in an Agile environment.
Within Agile teams, I contributed to the development of the customer experience for retail products (cards, accounts, KYC, deposits, loyalty programs), by analyzing data, interpreting feedback, and supporting product decisions.
I have hands-on experience using Excel for reporting and data analysis, which helps me better understand digital products and user experience.
At the moment, I am strengthening my technical skills through individual study and online courses, deepening my understanding of SQL for data analysis, as well as HTML and JavaScript basics, with the aim of better understanding digital structure and products.
Currently seeking new opportunities in project or product management, data analytics, data science, where I can apply my analytical mindset, digital skills, and strong collaboration abilities.
