Our client is an international company operating in the B2B SaaS and software development industry, providing digital solutions for the logistics and transportation sector. Due to the expansion of the sales team, we are looking for a Sales Manager to work with clients across Europe, the UK, and Canada.

Responsibilities

• Identify and attract new clients;
• Conduct cold calls and sales negotiations;
• Present and demonstrate the SaaS product;
• Sell software solutions to Amazon Relay carrier companies;
• Manage leads and customer information in CRM;
• Manage the sales process from the first contact to closing;
• Achieve sales targets and KPIs;
• Develop relationships with existing clients and increase sales;
• Upsell additional products and services;
• Generate and qualify leads independently;
• Track and report sales results and key performance indicators.

Requirements

• Proven experience in B2B cold calling with results (1+ year)
• Hands on experience with logistics companies (might be non sales role) trucking/freight/dispatch
• Experience working with CRM systems;
• Romanian — fluent/native;English — B2 or higher; Russian is an advantage;
• Experience in SaaS sales or the logistics industry is a strong advantage;
• Strong communication, negotiation, and sales skills;
• Self-motivated, proactive, and results-oriented.
