Requirements:

• Upper-Intermediate English or higher
• Personal laptop or PC (we will provide a corporate laptop after 6 months of work)
• Availability to work during the following fixed schedule: Monday through Friday, from 3 pm till 12 am Chisinau time (8 hours with a 1-hour dinner break)

Responsibilities:

• Recruit top talent for various job openings in IT, engineering, manufacturing, finance, marketing, etc.
• Conduct screening phone calls with qualified candidates preselected for you by a team of sourcers
• Build strong relationships with candidates through engaging and persuasive communication
• Assist in arranging interviews for qualified candidates with our clients
• Cooperate with the team of Account Managers based in the US to select the best candidates for our clients' job openings
