Your ultimate KPI is not the number of calls you make, but the number of new reefer drivers you successfully onboard and get out on the road.
You will be the critical link between our company and our future team members. You won't just "fill seats"- you will sell the opportunity. You will convince professional drivers that CTS Express Inc is the best choice for their career, stability, and income. We will provide you with a steady stream of hot, inbound leads; your job is to convert them into successful hires.
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct high-energy sales presentations via phone, selling the benefits of a career with us while screening for core requirements.
- Manage the full-cycle recruitment process from initial lead contact to the driver's first day on a route.
- Meet and exceed monthly hiring targets by proactively managing your pipeline of candidates.
- Utilize our CRM to track all activity, manage your funnel, and analyze conversion metrics to optimize your performance.
- Master the art of the close, handling objections and negotiating offers to secure top talent.
You Are Our Ideal Candidate If You Have:
- A proven track record in sales or high-volume recruitment for at least 6 months. (Experience hiring drivers is a plus!)
- A data-driven mindset: You live and breathe KPIs, funnels, and conversion rates.
- Relentless persistence: You aren't phased by rejection and are motivated by the chase.
- Exceptional communication skills: You listen to understand a driver's pain points and present our company as the solution.
- A strong results-orientation: You are driven to fight for every offer and see the deal through to the finish line.
- A proactive attitude: You are a self-starter who doesn't wait for directions to achieve goals.

Requirements:
- Proven experience in sales or recruitment.
- Confident English language skills (minimum B2/C1 level). Additional languages are a significant advantage.
- Willingness to work according to the Central Time Zone (Chicago).
