What You’ll Do

• Manage the entire recruitment cycle, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and guiding candidates through the process.
• Partner closely with hiring managers to understand team needs and shape hiring strategies.
• Create engaging job descriptions and ensure a positive candidate experience at every stage.
• Actively search for new channels and methods to attract top talent.
• Maintain our candidate database and recruitment dashboards.
• Represent our company culture and values in all communication with candidates.

What We’re Looking For

• Experience in recruitment (in-house or agency).
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to manage multiple roles at once and stay organized.
• Comfort working in a fast-moving, dynamic environment.
• A genuine interest in people and talent development.
• English proficiency (Intermediate+).
