We are currently looking for a highly motivated Corporate Sales Assistant to join our teams in Chisinau. This role focuses on identifying and nurturing new business prospects from various sources, including our extensive database, LinkedIn, and independent research.

Key Responsibilities

  • Establish and maintain business relationships with potential clients via email, social media, and phone to introduce DevelopmentAid’s solutions;
  • Conduct research and follow up on leads to identify and qualify new business prospects;
  • Support the Business Development Manager in building and nurturing relationships with potential clients through ongoing communication;
  • Accurately manage and update client information and communication records in the DevelopmentAid database;
  • Provide administrative and research support to the BDM, including updating internal documentation and assisting with travel preparations;
  • Serve as a point of contact for client communication during the BDM’s absence.

Your Skills and Qualifications

  • University degree;
  • Strong command of English (both written and spoken);
  • Proficient in standard Office applications (Word, Excel, Outlook);
  • Additional language skills are a plus;
  • Experience in customer service and business correspondence is an advantage;
  • Highly organized, detail-oriented, and customer-focused.
